SEMIX Stationary 130 is equipped with 5000/3330 liters capacity Twin Shaft Concrete mixers or 4500/3000 liters Single Shaft Mixers (for 120 m3/h capacity). In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. The robust steel structure maintains long-life performance. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

In SEMIX Stationary Concrete Batching Plants, above the mixer, the aggregate waiting hopper is located. This hopper holds the aggregate ready for the next batch and this provides time efficiency for the batching processes.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.

SEMIX Stationär 130 ist mit Zweiwellen-Betonmischern mit einer Kapazität von 5000/3330 Litern oder Einwellenmischern mit einer Kapazität von 4500/3000 Litern (für 120 m3/h Kapazität) ausgestattet. Entsprechend des Siliziumanteils der Betonrezeptur, werden bei den SEMIX Betonmischern NiHard4 oder Hardox 450 Verschleißteile verwendet.

Alle SEMIX-Zuschlagstoff-Speicherbehälter sind zwecks zusätzlicher Stabilität,

trapezförmig geformt. Die robuste Stahlkonstruktion gewährleistet eine lange Lebensdauer. Die Zuschlagstoffe werden im Wiegeförderer gewogen, der die Zuschlagstoffe auf den Übergabeförderer übergibt. Die beiden getrennten Förderbänder bieten Genauigkeit beim Wiegen und eine höhere Betonleistungskapazität.

In stationären Betonmischanlagen von SEMIX befindet sich der Wartetrichter für die Zuschlagstoffe oberhalb des Mischers. Dieser Trichter hält den Zuschlagstoff für die nächste Charge bereit und sorgt so für Zeiteffizienz im Dosierprozess.

Alle SEMIX-Betonmischanlagen werden durch ein SCADA-System mit integrierter Schneider PLC gesteuert. Die Benutzer können alle verwendeten Materialien nachverfolgen und ihr CRM-System integrieren. Zu Servicezwecken kann das Ingenieurteam von SEMIX online in das Automatisierungssystem eingreifen.

SEMIX 130 stacionarna betonara je opremljena sa dvoosovinskom mešalicom kapaciteta 5000/3000 litara ili sa jesnoosovinskom mešalicom kapaciteta 4500/3000 litara (za kapacitet od 120 m3/sat). U SEMIX mešalicama NiHard4 ili Hardox 450 legure se koriste u skladu sa omerom silicijuma u receptu za beton.

Svi SEMIX levci za skladištenje agregata su presavijeni u trapezoidni oblik za dodatnu jačinu. Robustna struktura čelika obezbeđuje dugotrajnu upotrebu. Agregati se mere u traci za merenje, koji se zatim prenose na pokretnu traku. Imajući dve različite pokretne trake, dobija se preciznost u merenju i izvođenju, za dobijanje više betona.
